If you want the be able to go to the WebUI by clicking the container icon, click “Advanced view” and add http://[IP]:[PORT:5000]/ in the WebUI box.

Press “Apply” and it should install.

  1. Go through the initial setup and add your Base URLand API Key
  2. Restart the containter.
  3. Add the rest of your services (Plex|Sonarr|Radarr|)
  4. Import your plex users, and add the plex admin account as that does not get imported automatically. (You only need to add the plex admin account if your Ombi admin user is named something else)

Note: Ombi base URL needs to be the same as nginx base URL

Add this in your Main Server Block

  • Remember to change the IP/Port.
 location /ombi {
     return 301 $scheme://$host/ombi/;
location /ombi/ {
    proxy_set_header Host $host;
    proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-Host $server_name;
    proxy_set_header X-Real-IP $remote_addr;
    proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-For $proxy_add_x_forwarded_for;
    proxy_set_header X-Forwarded-Ssl on;

  2. Ombi settings
  3. Set your minimun auth level
  4. Add your Ombi URL e.g
  5. Add your Ombi API key (Found in Ombi Settings: Settings -> Ombi)
  6. Press Save

Select database

Remember to select the Plex database and Plex backend.

I recommend adding an extra admin account that is not tied to Plex.
